2. Services
We provide cost optimization, scaling, and security improvement services for Amazon Web Services (AWS). These services are offered through a subscription model based on a monthly basis.

3. Subscription and Payments
Subscription payments are managed securely via Stripe. You may choose to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel.

4. Delivery of Services
We commit to fulfilling each project request within the defined timeframe mentioned in the project contract. If a contract is not fulfilled within this timeframe, you will be credited for that project. The services will be delivered as described in the pre-defined scope.

5. Communication
Our primary method of communication will be online, through the communication platform of your choice (i.e. Email, Teams, Zoom, Slack, GoogleMeet). We recommend minimizing the use of emails and meetings and focusing on asynchronous communication.

6. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website and provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

​7. Third-Party Services
Our services involve the use of third-party platforms, namely, Stripe, Calendly, Teams, Zoom, Slack, Google. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party platforms. You may be required to agree to their terms and conditions to use their services.
8. Disclaimer
The guarantee applies exclusively to the scope of the project as originally defined and agreed upon by both parties prior to the signing of the contract. It is valid only for the project in its current form and does not extend to any new modifications or additions that were not mentioned before the contract was signed. In the event that the delivered project does not meet the agreed objectives within the pre-defined scope, we commit to continue working on the project at no additional cost until the desired outcome is met. This guarantee is strictly limited to the fulfillment of the original project specifications and objectives as mutually understood and does not cover any changes, enhancements, or extensions made to the project scope after the agreement was finalized.

Upon the successful delivery and acceptance of the finished project, we hereby disclaim any liability for the consequences arising from its use, implementation, or performance. Our responsibility ceases once the project is delivered, except where explicitly stated in the initial contract that we are responsible for ongoing management and maintenance. This disclaimer excludes any post-delivery obligations that were specifically agreed upon and documented in the initial contract. Clients should be aware that any modifications, usage decisions, or implementations made post-delivery are solely their responsibility, and we are not liable for any outcomes resulting from such actions.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Korvaed Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or from the use of or inability to use our services, except to the extent such damages arise as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on our part.

10. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any such modifications.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
