Korvaed ("we", "us") is a cloud and AI engineering firm based in Montréal, Québec. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and other applicable laws.

What we collect

When you book a call through Cal.com: your name, email address and anything you choose to write in the booking form. When you email us: your message and contact details. When you visit the site: technical data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery.

Why we use it

To schedule and hold your architecture review, answer your questions, follow up if you ask us to, keep the site secure, and, only if you accept, measure how our advertising performs. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and tracking technologies

If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate without cookies. The Reddit Pixel, Quora Pixel and OpenAI Ads pixel measure our ads (the OpenAI pixel sets a first-party cookie to connect ChatGPT ad clicks to bookings) and can identify or profile visitors, so they are off by default and load only after you click "Accept" in the banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The Trustpilot widget on the home page and the Cal.com booking calendar load content from those services.

Service providers and transfers outside Québec

We rely on Cloudflare (hosting and security), Cal.com (scheduling), Reddit, Quora and OpenAI (ad measurement, with consent), Trustpilot (reviews widget), Google Fonts (typography) and jsDelivr / Simple Icons (icon files). These providers may store or process information outside Québec, including in the United States. Before using them we assess whether the information receives adequate protection.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then destroy or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, ask us to stop disseminating it, or receive it in a structured format. Write to contact@korvaed.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
