We're a small senior team based in Montréal, working with SaaS founders and technical leaders across North America. Our background spans cloud infrastructure, DevOps, application security, and AI product development — the combination that matters when you're scaling.
The CaaS model (Consultant as a Service) came from watching too many good companies make expensive mistakes — not because they weren't smart, but because they were making critical architecture decisions without someone senior enough to push back. We wanted to change that equation.
We work in French and English. We're based in Montréal but work with teams across Canada and the US. Every engagement starts with honesty about what we see — even when it's not what people want to hear.

Senior-only execution
Every deliverable is produced by a senior engineer. We don't staff juniors and call it a team. What you get reviewed is what gets built.
Flat fee, full scope
You won't get a bill for "out of scope" work. The retainer covers what you need — not a negotiated list of deliverables.
Documentation as a deliverable
Everything we build gets documented. You should be able to understand, maintain, and hand off any system we touch.
Direct over diplomatic
If your infrastructure has a serious problem, we tell you directly. If a decision seems wrong, we say so. You're paying for judgment, not validation.
